The former National Deputy General Secretary of the opposition National Democratic Congress and the founder of the Atta Mills institute Koku Anyidoho has reacted to the death of his very good friend the CEO of the Forestry Commission lawyer Kwadzo Owusu Afriyie popularly known as Sir John.
Lawyer Kwadzo Owusu Afriyie popularly known as Sir John according to the information available contracted covid-19 and was critically ill and was undergoing treatment at the Intensive Care Unit of the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital in Accra until his demise on Wednesday 1st July, 2020.

Tweeting after Signing the Book of Condolence in Sir John’s residence this morning to commiserate with his family, Mr Koku Anyidoho wrote “What is Man, that, we should boast of our existence? Sir John, I shall deeply miss you.”
