Anas Aremeyaw Anas popularly called Anas or the Masked journalist is a media personality and award winning journalist from Ghana who was born in the late 1970s.
For many people, the wonder is not just why he always has a mask on but also why he bears two ‘Anas’. He has claimed awards and honors both locally and internationally and is noted to have worked with Al Jazeera.
Anas Aremeyaw does not show his face to the public. His wife and children are also not known publicly due to his mode of operation.

Anas Aremeyaw Anas Career and investigative works

Anas began practicing his journalism career in 1998 and is still in the business. In Ghana, he works for the Crusading Guide Newspaper under the tutelage of Kwaku Baako. He has also worked with Al Jazeera on the international level on a number of documentaries. His investigative works are always detailed and depict the various corrupt practices that go on in camera.
Some of his works in Africa, specifically, Ghana include;
  1. Ghana in the eyes of God – an exclusive account of how corrupt the Judiciary arm of Government in Ghana is.
  2. Number 12 – this delved into football in Ghana and how corrupt activities at the Ghana football Association are carried out unprovoked.
  3. Sēx for grades – university lecturers who accept sex from female students in exchange for higher grades in courses.
4. Galamsey Economy – the most recent one which gives an account of how much politicians and big men in Ghana exploit investors.
