“You can be millionaires too” – Edem Agbana tells Teachers

The Deputy National Youth Organiser of the opposition National Democratic Congress, Edem Agbana has encouraged teachers on world Teachers day.

Just recently, President Nana Addo-Dankwa Akufo-Addo speaking to the Ghana National Association of Teachers stated that people don’t go into the teaching profession hoping to become rich.

However, Edem Agbana who is a Member of the NDC holds a contradictory view from that of President Nana Addo-Dankwa Akufo-Addo view.

According to Edem Agbana, teachers can also become millionaires too as against what President Nana Addo-Dankwa Akufo-Addo said that teaching cannot make a person a millionaire.

“On this teacher’s day , I would like to appreciate all teachers for their sacrifices, We Love you & we hope one day, you are rewarded properly for your work. You can be millionaires too.” The NDC deputy National youth organiser said in a tweet.
