Reopening and vacation dates for DHSs
The Ghana Education Service (GES) under the leadership of the Director-General Professor Kwasi Opoku-Amankwa has announced new vacation and reopening dates for Second Cycle Institutions across the Country.
According to the information available to Coverghana.com.gh, with reference to the updated academic calendar, all second cycle institutions operating under the Ghana Education Service (GES) and the Ministry of Education are directed to strictly adhere to the new vacation and reopening dates.

VACATION DATES FOR FORM ONE (1) GOLD TRACK AND FORM TWO (2) GREEN TRACK
FORM ONE (1) GOLD TRACK
Form one (1) Gold Track students will vacate on Friday, 27th August, 2021.
FORM TWO (2) GREEN TRACK
Form two (2) Green Track students will vacate on Friday, 27th August, 2021.

FORM ONE (1) GREEN TRACK
Form Green track students in Senior High Schools will reopen school on Wednesday, 1st September, 2021.
FORM TWO (2) GOLD TRACK
Form two (2) Gold Track students are also directed to resume school on Wednesday, 1st September, 2021.
REOPENING DATES FOR FORM ONE (1) GOLD TRACK AND FORM (2) GREEN TRACK

According to GES, form one (1) Gold Track students will reopen school after vacation on Sunday, 10th October, 2021
FORM TWO (2) GREEN TRACK
Form two (2) Green Track students will reopen school on Saturday, 30th October, 2021
