Asamoah Gyan clashes with Saddick Adams over his news report

Sports Journalist Mr. Saddick Adams has clashed with Ghanaian footballer Asamoah Gyan for reporting on his banter with a fan at the Accra sports stadium.

The Sports Journalist—Mr. Saddick Adams earlier in a tweet reported that some G Olympics fans used unprintable word on the player—Asamoah Gyann.

According to the journo, Asamoah Gyan tried to confront the fan in the stands and the security Officers around has to step in.

In a tweet Saddick Adams said

“Accra Stadium. A Great Olympics supporters !nsults Asamoah Gyan. Then Gyan is exacerbated and allegedly tries to confront fan in the stands. Situation gets heated and Police come in to restore peace.”

However, Asamoah Gyan has reacted to the report made by Mr. Saddick Adams on the incident.

In his reaction, Asamoah Gyan said that the report made by Mr. Saddick Adams is “no news”. In a counter tweet, Gyan said;

“No news cos of COVID so I know u guys what a scapegoat. We won 2-0 and the the most important thing for me wai. I’m happy with the team’s performance today. Thank you”
