Dr. Bernard Okoe-Boye is a Ghanaian political figure and a former of Parliament of the Republic of Ghana for the Ledzokuku Constituency in the Greater Accra Region.

He is an astute and committed member of the New Patriotic Party. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA), a social intervention by the Government.

He contested for the Ledzokuku parliamentary seat on the ticket of the New Patriotic Party in 2016 and won.

He was part of the health committee in parliament from 2017 to 2021. He was also appointed as Deputy Health Minister by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo.
