Breaking: NPP allegedly distributing free fuel to drivers in Cape Coast – NDC uncovers 

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) is alleging that, the New Patriotic Party government of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is distributing free fuel to drivers in Cape Coast.

According to the National Democratic Congress, government is giving each driver a fuel worth fifty Ghana cedis (GH50.00).

In a statement put out by the NDC intercepted by said, government after failing to deliver its promise of a factory in Cape Coast District, among other promises, they are busily distributing free fuel to drivers on the day of their 2020 Campaign Manifesto Launch in Cape Coast.

The National Democratic Congress has further disclosed that, the New Patriotic Party has arrived at this decision to distribute free fuel to drivers, upon realizing the huge and embarrassing rejection by the people of Cape Coast, since the arrival of President Nana Akufo-Addo in the region for the past 3 days. They again said, “His convoy pass without the people even waving at him.”

The opposition political party NDC has described the situation as vote buying tricks ahead of the December 2020 polls.

The New Patriotic Party is today Saturday, 22nd August, 2020 launching its 2020 Campaign Manifesto in Cape Coast in the Central Region of Ghana in the run up to the December 2020 Parliamentary and Presidential Elections.
