The South Tongu District Director of Education Evelyn Araba Zentey (Ms.), on behalf of the District Education Directorate has commended the District Chief Executive for South Tongu Hon. Emmanuel Louis Agama for lobbying a six unit classroom block with ancillary facility to Sogakope D/A Primary C School.
Madam Evelyn Araba Zentey, expressed joy and satisfaction towards the District Chief Executive’s quick response on their request by writing a letter to the Japanese Government for the construction of the Classroom Block.

The District Director of Education, speaking at the inauguration and and handing over ceremony appealed to Hon. Emmanuel Louis Agama, the DCE for South Tongu to continue with his good works so that teaching and learning can be more comfortable, productive and result oriented within the District.
She also promised to ensure that the school authorities practice maintenance culture regarding the facility.

On Tuesday, 19th January, 202, the South Tongu District Assembly has handed over a Gh¢ 419, 655.50 Japanese funded classroom facility to Sogakope D/A Primary C School through the District Education Directorate.
The Project consists of 1No. 6-Unit Classroom, Teachers Staff Common Room, Head Teacher’s Office, Store Room, Rain harvesting System (1No.) with Poly-tank stand, Electrical Installation etc.

According to the District Chief Executive, the Classroom Block project was started in March 26, 2019 and completed in July, 2020 with an amount of Gh¢ 419, 655.50 funded by GRANT ASSISTANCE FOR GRASSROOTS HUMAN SECURITY PROJECT (GGHSP) awarded to DZIALETS LTD.
