Danielle Audrey Nicholls is an English television presenter, radio host, model, and singer best known for hosting CITV and Night Fever on Channel 5 from 1998 to 2001. On Talk TV, she co-hosts the Saturday night entertainment show “Saturday Night Takeaway” with Andre Walker.

Nicholls began dancing at the age of nine. She was 15 when she won the All England Modern Dance Championships and passed two Royal Academy of Dance ballet exams with honors. She went to Moorside High School, Swinton College, and Oldham College. Nicholls joined the band Pure Gossip when he was just 18 years old and stayed with them for 18 months.

In May 1998, she was chosen from 900 applications to host CITV (then known as CiTV), which aired live six days a week and had a four-million-viewer audience. She interviewed celebrities such as Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, and Victoria Beckham on the show. She then did a behind-the-scenes special on Home and Away for ITV (the British television network).

Nicholls began anchoring the live broadcast ITV Day of Promise event with Eamonn Holmes and Carol Vorderman on May 1, 2000. She also hosted the CITV game program Mad for It live.
