ACT OF THE PARLIAMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF GHANA ENTITLED
PRE-TERTIARY EDUCATION ACT, 2020

The Pre-tertiary Education Act, 2020 is to provide for a pre-tertiary education system and an educational system to produce individuals with the requisite knowledge, skills and values to become functional and productive Citizens for national development, to establish the Education Service and the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Service and to provide for related matters.

The Pre-tertiary Education Act was dated and assented on 29th December 2020. It was passed by the Parliament of Ghana and assented to the office of the President of the Republic.
