The Electoral Commission of Ghana will be organising a nationwide mop-up registrations exercise for eligible applicants who could not get the opportunity to be registered.
In a statement issued by the Electoral Commission, the mop-up registration exercise is scheduled to take place Saturday, 8th August, 2020 and Sunday, 9th August, 2020.
This exercise according to the commission will be organized at the District Offices of the Electoral Commission across the Country.
The Electoral Commission is hereby directing all eligible applicants who wish to register to visit the District Offices within their Districts to be registered.
Meanwhile, the ongoing compilation of a new voter’s register by the Electoral Commission is expected to officially end on Thursday, 6th August 2020.
