- Support strategy and relationship management with the tech partner.
- Contribute to the strategic review and evolution of the partnership strategy.
- Assess new market and client opportunities for the partnership.
- Relationship Management
- Coordinate and manage systems across multiple teams and projects.
- Facilitate regular leadership meetings and maintain trackers for effective coordination.
- Consolidate inputs for partnership meetings.
- Gather client/product and user requirements.
- Tell a joint story of impact for the partnership.
- Escalate issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Partnership Delivery
- Lead project meetings with the tech partner and TBI colleagues.
- Develop and maintain partnership management tools for joint visibility and agile working.
- Collaborate with the Global Innovation Unit on co-development of solutions.
- Troubleshoot and escalate issues within the partnership and TBI.
- Internal Enabling Systems
- Establish and improve partnership management tools and processes.
- Ensure efficient project coordination and communication within TBI.

- Significant experience in delivering technology solutions, including for public sector clients.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
