According to the residents, water crises is one of the many challenges affecting them. Mr. Patrick Amewuza and Comfort Hoggar, speaking on behalf of the residents of the four communities explained that, they sometimes buy water from Tefle-Kpotame, Vume etc. to perform their daily activities.
Narrating their ordain, they said, “We are grateful for the polytank donation because, in the dry season, we don’t get water for our daily activities. We fetch water from a dagout or have to pay GH¢1 for one “Kufour gallon” before tricycles bring water to us. Sometimes, we have no other choice than to buy sachet water for bathing, cooking, drinking etc.”
Aside the water crises, they also expressed their disastisfaction towards President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo’s government for bad road network linking the communities, lack of school and clinic/hospital near them etc.
