GES gives urgent directives on One Teacher One Laptop distribution

Management of the Ghana Education Service (GES) has given an urgent directive GES gives directive on One Teacher One Laptop distribution distribution.

In a statement, the Service said, the distribution of TM1 laptops under the One Teacher, One Laptop Project continues this month (November, 2022).

In view of this, all retired staff whose payslip shows that they were deducted for the laptop from November 2021 should be given their laptops.

Also, relatives of deceased staff who have also been deducted for the laptop should be contacted and permitted to receive the laptop following proper verification of documents.

Accordingly, Management of Ghana Education Service is by this directive requesting Regional Directors of Education to officially inform, Metropolitan, Municipal and District Directors of Education within their respective regions about the exercise to ensure that distribution is done smoothly and accordingly.
