GES National Safe Schools Logo Design Competition
The Ghana Education Service (GES) working through the Guidance and Counselling Unit in partnership with UNICEF Ghana is organizing a National Safe Schools Logo Design Competition among leaners from Upper Primary to Senior High Schools in all GES Public pre-tertiary institutions across the country.
As you may be aware, the GES launched the Safe Schools Programme in 2018 with the objective of eliminating violence of all forms in our schools.
A number of activities have been and continue to be implemented in line with this objective.
The GES now seeks to identify and recognize schools and individuals who remain committed to the tenets of the safe school programme.
In line with this, the GES is developing a logo to be used in designing a national flag as a brand for the Safe Schools Programme.
In this regard, Management seeks the support of Regional Director of Education in bringing this to the attention of District Directors and Heads of schools in their respective regions to offer the needed support for this exercise.
Attached, please find details of the competition for your attention.
