Ghana Vs. Nicaragua World Cup friendlies – Date, Time, Venue, Stadium
The Black Stars of Ghana will face Nicaragua in World Cup friendlies ahead of the Qatar FIFA World Cup tournament.
This is the second game for the Ghana National Team as they prepare to face their long time rivals Uruguay, Portugal and Korea Republic in the World Cup tournament.
According to the Ghana Football Association (GFA), the Black Stars will face Nicaragua today, Tuesday, 27th September, 2022.
The game is scheduled to take place at Artes Carraso De Lorca, Spain at exactly 6:00pm.
Nicaragua are one of the CONCACAF (Central American) region countries close to the Islands of Bahamas, Suriname, Guatemala etc.
The La Azul Y Blanco (Blue and Whites) as they are fondly called led by Head coach Marco Antonio Figueroa has never qualified for the world cup, and will be facing Ghana for the first time in the history of the sport.
They will be captained by 33-yr old midfielder Juan Barrera (right in pic below), who plays for Guatemalan side Guastatoya FC.
The Black Stars are seeking redemption following a humiliating 3-0 defeat to Brazil on Friday night in France.
