The “Papa No” debates which was officially introduced by the Information Minister Hon. Kojo Oppong Nkrumah in the Ghanaian Parliament is making the headlines in Ghana and some part of Africa. The introduction of the term has generated numerous brouhaha among some female celebrities and politicians in the country.
Though, the real individual behind the “Papa No” is not yet revealed, the Former Ghanaian HIV/AIDs ambassador Joyce Mensah Dzidzor believes that, men in the National Democratic Congress (NDC) are not the real “Papa No.”

In a latest post made by her, she took a charming jab on the members of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) especially men, saying, they are chisel, broke and never give to ladies after sleeping with them.
According to the controversial Ghanaian lady, the National Democratic Congress men used her and dumped her like a “chewed sugarcane ” dropped by the road. Reflecting on her life experiences with NDC men, she doubts if any of them was the “Papa No” who bought the House for Tracy Boakye.

Joyce Mensah Dzidzor, who, for sometimes now captured all major news headlines alleging that, there is a certain man in the New Patriotic Party (NPP) called “Nana” bought her a House at Spintex said, she did not get a common bicycle from the NDC men with all her doggy styles displayed.
