The National Youth Organizer of the opposition National Democratic Congress Mr. George Opare Addo has disclaimed speculations carried out by some media outlets that, he had run away from Asempa FM interview today because of Henry Nana Boakye Popularly known as Nana-B, the National Youth Organizer of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP).
Reports intercepted by Coverghana.com.gh suggest that, the producers of Asempa FM has arranged an interview between the two National Youth Organizers of the major political parties in Ghana to debate on policies on youth and their government’s achievements on Asempa FM’s Ekosiisen today, Monday, 20th July, 2020 between 3:00pm and 4:00pm.

Few minutes to the commencement of the programme, George Opare Addo has made a post on his Facebook page asking people to disregard the notice circulating that, he has a an interview with Asempa FM and has taken to his heel because of Nana-B.
He explained that, the producers of the programme reached out to him for an interview but he declined the offer since he has already arranged for similarly programme at Power FM between the same time.

“Kindly disregard this flyer going rounds about a media engagement on Asempa 94.7 FM later today. I will not be on Asempa FM today. Indeed the producers of the show got in touch with me about this engagement but I declined as I already committed to an interview on Power 97.9 FM at about the same time. I find it strange that the producers will still go ahead to include me on the bill.” He explained.
Mr. George Opare Addo assured the public that, he will avail himself for interviews at Asempa FM to discus the pragmatic achievements of former president John Dramani Mahama in relation to Youth Development issues.

“On any other day, I am more than willing to engage anybody on the achievements of HE John Dramani Mahama in relation to Youth development issues. I hope the producers will do the needful by retracting the notice.”
Meanwhile, Mr. Henry Nana Boakye has since challenged Mr. George Opare Addo saying, he will drain the blood out the National Youth Organizer of the NDC if he dare come for the programme. “Come forward and I would drain the blood out of you – Nana B dares Pablo NDC Youth Org. in achievement debate”
Earlier, the National Youth Wing of the New Patriotic Party has outlined some 60 achievements of H.E Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo,s government and has challenged the Youth Wing of the National Democratic Congress by giving them a week ultimatum to come out with the achievements John Mahama on Youth Development Policy.
