Mr. Umaru Sanda Amadu, a Broadcast Journalist, News producer and International Corespondent of Citi TV and FM says, the Pink Sheets presented by the National Democratic Congress during its Collation for the Techiman South Constituency look more authentic.
According to him, per the party’s public collation, it seems to have won that seat although the Electoral Commission declared otherwise.
“Can Jean Mensah and her team take to tv and explain to us how/why they declared the seat for the NPP?” He asked.
Mr. Umaru Sanda again said, the EC’s credibility seems to be on the line and that’s not good for our democracy. It is in the Commission’s interest to clear the air and if it has made an error like the NDC says, it should correct so we move.
“I have said earlier, that it is a big enough deal for a man who once conceded defeat even with incumbency advantage, to be disputing the verdict of the EC.”
“As for the decision of the EC to go on vacation in the face of all the agitations and disputes, I can’t think far!” He said.
The Minority Members of Parliament on Tuesday, 22nd December, 2020 presented all Pink Sheets from the Techiman South Constituency during its live press brefieng at the Parliamentary.
According to them, their Parliamentary Candidate Mr. Christopher Bayere has won the December 2020 Polls.
The pink sheets the NDC presented from Techiman South look authentic. And per the party's public collation, it seems to have won that seat although the EC declared otherwise.
