North Tongu DCE hands over 750 metallic tables and chairs to 16 schools in his District

The North Tongu District Chief Executive Mr. Richard Collins Arku has handed over a total set of seven hundred and fifty (750) metallic tables and chairs to school in his District.

The DCE, on Thursday, 22nd July 2021 handed over the furniture to fifteen (15) Basic schools and one Senior High Secondary in the North Tongu District of the Volta region.

The Donation was made through the North Tongu District Education Directorate under the Directorship of Madam Isabella Regina Ayimey.

Mr. Richard Collins Arku in a statement appealed to the various schools through the Directorate to take good care of the furniture and must use them for the purposes on which they were donated.

The beneficiary schools, the North Tongu District Education Directorate and parents have expressed their profound gratitude to the District Chief Executive and the New Patriotic Party government led by His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.


The beneficiaries schools are;

1. Mepe St Kizito Senior High School.

2.  Battor RC/DA Junior High School.

3. Battor DA Junior High School.

4. Mafi Dedukope DA Junior High School.
