The Teachers’ Fund (TF) has issued a reminder to its members regarding the proper protocol for depositing funds or issuing cheques into the Fund’s designated bank accounts.
The guidelines, aimed at facilitating efficient transactions and accurate record-keeping, are essential for members to follow.

As per the notice, members are required to adhere to the following instructions:
1. Staff Number Identification:
When making a deposit or issuing a cheque, it is crucial to write the staff number on the deposit slip next to the depositor’s name. This step ensures easy identification of the payment and helps in maintaining accurate records.

2. Notification to Fund Secretariat:
After completing a deposit, members are requested to notify the Fund Secretariat promptly. This can be done by sending a copy of the bank deposit slip and, if applicable, the settlement quotation for loans, through the designated WhatsApp number 0509331260. By doing so, the Fund can promptly update its records. Members are also encouraged to request their receipts through the same WhatsApp channel.
The Teachers’ Fund administration earnestly requests all members to share this important information with their colleagues and utilize other available communication channels within their districts to periodically remind members of these payment guidelines. This collective effort will contribute to a smooth and organized payment process.
