The Council details that Peter Adu Boahene is on a mission to elevate the TVET landscape in Ghana. His dedication to technical education, combined with his innovative strategies, is setting new benchmarks in Ghanaian education.
Innovative Teaching Techniques
Peter employs the Competency-based Teaching approach, tailoring education to industry demands. His lessons, enriched with digital resources, make complex concepts accessible and engaging. Under Peter’s guidance, students have shown significant improvement.
International Assignments & Conferences
Peter’s expertise has taken him beyond Ghana’s borders. He represented Ghana at a TVET seminar in Ningbo Polytechnic, China, and participated in the African Tech Challenge in Kenya with three of his students. Although they didn’t clinch the top prize, they were recognised as the most organised team.
Community AdvocateÂ
Peter’s influence extends beyond the classroom. He is actively involved in community sanitation and security initiatives and uses his religious role to organise donations for poor community members through his church’s Charity Day programme.
