President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has reassured the people of Ghana of the government’s commitment to overcoming the challenges facing the nation. During his speech at the 18th Consultative Council Meeting of the Anglican Church on Sunday, February 12th, 2023, the President acknowledged that these are trying times for Ghana and the world at large.

However, with the help of God and through determination, hard work, and collective effort, he expressed his confidence that the difficulties can be conquered and relief can be brought to the people, leading to the restoration of high economic growth as seen before the COVID outbreak in 2020 and the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
