Professor Daniel Asua Wubah is Ghanaian-American President of Millersville University of Pennsylvania, USA.
Professor Daniel Asua Wubah was born on November 6, 1960 at Kaneshie, Accra.
He had preparatory school education at Happy Home Academy and primary school education at Kaneshie Methodist Primary School.
He obtained O-level and A-level certificates in 1977 and 1979 respectively at Accra Academy.
Professor Daniel Asua Wubah earned B.Sc. Botany and Diploma in Education in 1984
He received M.S. in Biology from the University of Akron,Ohio, US.
He also obtained PhD in Botany and Microbiology from the University of Georgia in 1987 and 1990 respectively.
He started academic career as an Assistant Professor of Biology at Towson University in 1992.
Professor Daniel Asua Wubah is an elected Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science.
He presented a testimony to the Research Subcommittee of the US Congress House of Representatives.
He enstooled as Nana Ofosu Peko III, the Toapentenhene of the Breman Asikuma Odoben Brakwa Traditional Area in the Central Region of Ghana.
Professor Daniel Asua Wubah was named by the Board of Governors of Pennsylvania’s State System of Higher Education as the President of Millersville, University of Pennsylvania since July 1, 2018
He is married and blessed with grown-up children
Professor Daniel Asua Wubah was Conferred Honorary Doctorate of Strategic Leadership by UCC on Saturday, July 29,2023.
