South Tongu NDC Organises orientation and capacity-building workshops for branch Communication Officers

Mr. Nicholas Yao Aklobortu and Francis Quashie Agbedeke led the communication outfit and the CEC successfully organized the face two of orientation and capacity building training for the party’s branch Communication officers.

The workshop is to equip them to adopt the right strategies for the December 2024 general election.

The second face of the workshop includes comrades from the Larve-Nutekpor-Galotse, Dalive-Torzikpota, Agorta-kponte, Amedorme, Gamenu, Dzogborve wards taking part at Galotse Apostolic chapel in the Larve Electoral Area for the first section whiles Dabala, Atravenu, Gonu-Agbokope, Adutor, Agordomi, Agbakope-Lakpo, Hikpo-Agbagorme, Tordzinu-Tsavanya, Dorkploame, Dabala Junction, Agbogbla wards took place at Dabala EP in the second section.

The main Speakers of the programme were Mr. Kafui Sorkpa Agbleze (Regional Communication officer of the NDC) and His deputy Del-Bright Kugbeadzor took the participants through,
1. The message to take to the electorates
2. How to identify target groups
3. How to present the message to the target groups
4. Means to send the message to the target groups.
5. How the message must affect the heart and mind of the receiver and many others.

At the workshop, the dignitaries present were the parliamentary candidate, Eng. Maxwell Kwame Lukutor, Constituency Organizer Gati Michael Michael, Constituency Youth Organizer William Kwasi Amekor, Sylvester Dormenyo, an Executive member, Former Secretary, Mr. Yao Amekor and Former Youth Organizer Mr. Stephen Fenuku.

They encouraged the participants to put everything learned to use. The participants were admonished to ensure unity of purpose at all times to propel the party to power come December 2024 since the election can only be won on the message the electorates receive.

The Ward Coordinators, the host ward Branch Chairmen, and some Assembly members from the respective wards were also invited and were present to Grace the program.

The second face of the program received assistance from the Member of Parliament, Hon. Kobby Mensah Woyome, the Parliament Candidate Eng. Maxwell Kwame Lukutor, Mr. Yao Amekor, Mr. Yao Agbenu, Volta Ice group of company, Mad. Lucky Adeti, Mad. Victoria Dzeklo, Hon. Eworyi Mawuko, Mad. Elemawusi Gloria, Mr. Anthony Azaglo, Mad. Alakedey and Mr. Stephen Fenuku many other well-meaning party folks.
