Taylor Alison Swift who is commonly known as Taylor Swift is an American singer and songwriter. She was born on December 13, 1989, and is currently 33 years old. Her genre of music ranges from discography, songwriting, and artistic reinventions have received much recognition across the world.

Swift was born in West Reading, Pennsylvania but later relocated to Nashville when she was a teenager to start her career in country music. She signed a deal with Sony/ATV Music Publishing in 2004 and landed a contract with Big Machine Records n 2005. She became the first female country artist to a U.S. platinum-certified album after releasing her self-titled album in 2006.
