Liverpool could win the Premier League title at a neutral venue under police proposal. Police have set out the Premier League matches they would like to be played at neutral venues, which could include Liverpool matches where their 19th title could be won.

Currently, Liverpool is on top of the Premier League table with 82 points while Manchester City holds 57 points.
