Management of the South Tongu District Health Directorate has expressed its appreciation to the South Tongu Constituency Member of Parliament Honourable Wisdom Kobena Mensah Woyome for his continued support to the Health Sector.

According to the Directorate, the MP has been of tremendous help to quality healthcare delivery in South Tongu in so many ways.

In a appreciation letter to the Member of Parliament signed by the acting District Health Director Ms. Mavis said, Hon. Kobena Mensah Woyome’s concerns and efforts have helped to enhance service delivery in the district and the Directorate cannot overemphasized how much they appreciate the good works he has been doing for the district and mother Ghana.

This appreciation came following Hon. Woyome’s recent donations of bags of cement and plastic chairs to Dordoekope Health Centre and medical supplies to Dabala and Adutor Health Centres in the South Tongu District of the Volta Region.

The Lawmaker made the donation of medical items and consumables worth about Thirty-Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH¢30,000.00) to the Health Centre on Sunday, 24th April, 2022 to augment the existing materials at the facility.

He earlier stocked Dabala Health Centre with some essential Health Materials and Equipment among others.

“The South Tongu District Health Directorate would like to take this opportunity to thank you greatly for your support for us on many occasions. You have been of tremendous help to us in several ways” The letter said.

“It is our prayer that God Almighty continuous to bless and strengthen you in all your endeavours.” Ms. Mavis Agumeh added.
