Embattled Businessman and the Chief Executive Officer of Gold dealership firm Menzgold and Zylofhon media Nana Appiah Mensah popularly known as NAM1 has reacted to agitations from Menzgold customers as to why one of his companies Zylofon media has signed a new artist even though he is yet to pay menzgold customers their locked up funds.
Last week, Zylofone media signed a new female artist TIISHA which got many menzgold customers agitated because they are yet to be paid their locked up funds.
Below is the video from the signing of TIISHA onto the Zylofone Media Label
According to the statement released by Nana Appiah Mensah in response to the agitations from menzgold customers, they have documentary evidence, clearly showing that they have paid over ninety six (96) billion old Ghana cedis (GHC9.6M) even in their state of dormancy and continue to humbly make payments every now and then and that they are capable, committed and shall continue to appreciate the paid up figure to a conservatively minimum amount of Six Hundred (600) billion old Ghana cedis (GHS60M) before the end of the calendar month of December, 2020 as we commence productivity now.
However, NAM 1 added that, Menzgold and Zylofon media are not the same and “to say that, Menzgold and Zylofon are one and the same is a very low shot at logic and a glaringly incredible display of intellectual deficiency or bankruptcy. A child and his/her sibling may have the same biological parents, are obviously from the same family but are two different individuals in every respect. This is a firm factual point at law and in principle.”
