Management of the Accra College of Education, a Teacher Training institution in the Greater Accra region of Ghana has issued a notice to alumni of the institution regarding issues of several unclaimed certificates.
According to the management of the Accra College of Education, they still have a number of unclaimed certificates of past students in their possession. The College is therefore calling on all past students who have not received their certificates to visit the school for collection.
The notice which was issued by the Principal of the College, Dr. Samuel Atintono, stated clearly that if these unclaimed certificates are still not claimed after this public alert, they will be disposed by the College management in January 2023.
This is because, all the unclaimed certificates will be sent back to the awarding institutions on 2nd January, 2023.
The College further states that, graduates who had issues and couldn’t take their certificates are expected to visit the College with these requirements:
- College index number
- Full Name
- Teacher’s Registered Number
- Final Grade and
- Contact number.
The category of graduates with unclaimed certificates are;
- Regular Programme Graduates, Accra College of Education
- Sandwich Programme graduates, Accra College of Education
- UTDBE Programme Graduates, Accra College of Education
