Basic schools to reopen on 15th January, 2021- President Akufo-Addo

Preaident Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has directed reopening of all Basic schools thus Kindergarten, Primary and Junior High schools across the country on 15th January, 2021.

Provisional date for reopening of schools and JHS curriculum workshop announced

The Preaident in his update number 21 on measures taken against spread of Coronavirus pandemic said, the Ministry of Education together with the Ghana Education Service will put strict measures in place to ensure safe reopening of schools across the Country.

Senior High School

Form two (2) and three (3) Senior High Schools are expected to return to school on 18th January 2021 while form one (1) SHS will reopen School on 10th March, 2021.

Tertiary Institutions

According to the president, all tertiary institutions will reopen school on January 9, 2021.
