1. A person is not qualified to drive a motor cycle, if he or she is under 18 years of age.

2. A person is not qualified to drive a commercial vehicle, if he or she is under 25 years of age.

3. A person is not qualified to drive an agricultural tractor, if that person is under 25 years of age.

4. A person is not qualified to drive any other motor vehicle, if that person is under 18 years of age.
