Documents needed for GES release letter for transfers

Management of the Ghana Education Service (GES) has released the required documents each applicant must submit when seeking for release.
This was announced after the Ghana Education Service commences the 2022 reposting/transfer of teachers across the country.

The following are list of certified documents each applicant seeking for a release must submit.
5 copies of;
1. Application letter of staff
2. Assurance letter
3. Personal Record Forms (Hand-filled, NO PHOTOCOPY)

4. 5 Passport pictures
5. Current Payslip
6. Certificate
