The President and Executive Chairman of Eurostar Global Limousine Group, Doscar Group Global Holdings, and Eurotour/Eurotour Logistic Group and staunt member of the National Democratic Congress Does Yao Oscar alleged that, President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has betrayed independent Institutions he sworn to protect.

In a statement, he said, is the Republic of Ghana on the crossroad of a decision time to either protect and defend the Constitution through rule of law and justice, or either to protect an empty ego of a dubious system which has been introduced into Ghana’s democracy by a dishonest so called Human Rights Advocate who claimed to be champion of democracy and believer of Rule of Law. Someone who has betrayed the Institutions he sworn to protect.

What Is The Legal Obligation Of The Supreme Court Justices Under The Law:

Oscar Yao Doe has outlined some key legal obligations of the Supreme Court Justices under the 1992 constitution of the Republic of Ghana as the Apex Court begins hearing on John Dramani Mahama’s election petition challenging the outcome of the December 2020 general elections.

He said, the Supreme Court is expected to adjudicate equall justice under the Law is Human Rights.
