GES sets date for School Selection Training and Placement Sensitization

Management of the Ghana Education Service (GES) has announced date for the Computerized School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS) 2021, School Selection Training and Placement Sensitization (Exercise).

According to GES, the 2021 Schools Selection and Placement sensitization exercise will begin on Monday, 22nd November, 2021 and end on Friday, 3rd December, 2021 across the country.

Management further explained that, official from GES’s headquarters in Accra, CSSPS and Free Senior High School Secretariat will be deployed to all Regions to help conduct the training exercise.

In a letter signed by the Director of Schools and Instructions Division at GES, Mrs. Patty E. Assan, there shall be two teams thus, Regional Team and District Team who will be part for the training section.

REGIONAL TEAM.

According to her, the Regional Team shall include, Chief Inspector of Schools, Free SHS Coordinator, Examination Officer, G&C Coordinator and Public Relations Officer.

DISTRICT TEAM.

Mrs. Patty E. Assan has explained that, the District Team shall constitute the Deputy Director Supervision and Monitoring, Examination Officer, G&C Coordinator and Public Relations Officer.

Meanwhile, students, teachers,  parents and general public are advised to take note of the training and must follow discussion on this year’s Computerized School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS) on TV and Radio Stations, community information centers, churches, mosques, Markets etc.
