According to the Association, their attention has been drawn to a message widely circulated on a social media attributed to the management of GNAT that Headquarters is collecting and receiving data on some NON-TEACHING staff of GES whose Retention Premium Allowance has stopped.

The statement signed by Isaac Nii Baah in charge of Salaries and Conditions of Service, has indicated on record that Management had never taken such a decision hence the information on collection of such a data should be treated with the contempt it deserves.

In view of the above, Management of GNAT is in the process of working with other Teacher Unions and GES in the spirit of fair Labour practices to find an amicable solution to the issue.
