The governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) has outdoored list of 26 exceptionally intelligent legal team behind the 2020 Election Petition victory for President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo (2nd Respondents).
The team is classified under four main categories. These are legal luminaries, adept Communication Team, Research Team, Technology Colossus and Technical Team & Electoral Affairs.
According to information picked by Coverghana.com.gh, the team have reduced Former President John Dramani Mahama’s (Petitioner’s) petition to a “glorified propaganda piece” and helped served the 2nd Respondent, H.E. Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo with a heartwarming victory in the epic Elections Petition at the Supreme Court.

The 2020 Campaign Manager for the New Patriotic Party Peter Mac Manu has been ranked as the Star Witness in the 2020 electioneering processes.
On 4th March, 2021, the Supreme Court in a judgement read by the Chief Justice Kwasi Anin Yeboah has dismissed John Dramani Mahama’s (Petitioner) election petition brought before it challenging the 2020 Presidential Election outcome.
According to the Supreme Court, “The petitioner did not demonstrate in any way how the errors [committed by the EC] affected the declaration of the election. We have therefore no reason to order a re-run [of the polls]. We accordingly dismiss the petition”
Chief Justice, Kwasi Anin-Yeboah while reading the ruling of the court on Thursday, March 4, 2021 on behalf of the seven panel Judges said, they unanimously dismissed the petition. “Your petition is dismissed without merit.” The Chief Justice said.
