Job Description:

The Norwegian Embassy in Accra is seeking a competent and experienced professional to fill the position of an ICT Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for the distribution of e-mails and all archive functions, providing ICT user support, and serving as the embassy’s web publisher on various social platforms. In addition, the candidate may be required to perform tasks related to consular, visa, and immigration fields as needed and assigned.

Job qualification:

The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with administrative tasks, archives, and ICT. General competence and broad computer skills are an added advantage. Necessary training will be provided. Fluency in English is a prerequisite as it is the daily working language. The candidate should also possess the ability to understand and handle documentation in Norwegian/Scandinavian. Knowledge of French will be an added advantage. Other essential qualities include being tidy and structured, the ability to perform tasks quickly and carefully, working in a team, taking initiative, and having high integrity and discretion.
