The Bono Regional Youth Organizer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Efo Worlanyo Tsekpo has written a piece reacting to the death of the CEO of the Forestry Commission and the former General Secretary of the ruling New Patriotic Party Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie, popularly Sir John.
BELOW IS THE PIECE WRITTEN BY THE BONO REGIONAL NDC YOUTH ORGANIZER EFO WORLANYO TSEKPO
Our Supreme Court joined government and the EC to sign our death warrant.
Am Still surprised Supreme Court ignored all the warnings from our medical doctors to grant government the free will to go ahead with the mass registration which will definitely spark the spread of the virus according to the over 200 medical doctors who boldly wrote a warning letter to government.

The death of sir John should send a signal to government that this Covid19 is no respector of persons and the President himself can be a victim. Mac Manu their campaign manager and Ahenkora are also in the intensive care unit, from our check over 50 appointees in government have tested positive to the virus hence suspension of cabinet meetings.
The registration started yesterday and more than 99%of the centers did not observe the Covid19 protocols. I was supprised the Jean was rather blaming the people for the nonsense she had brought upon us.
If government is sensitive and care about the people, they must as a matter of urgency halt the registration process before the President and all his appointees get infected.
They should take a clue from Burundi where the President and his senior officials all died contracting the Covid19. No one is immune to the virus hence the reason we should mount pressure on government to disregard the directive of the Supreme Court to halt the registration process to save lives.
We don’t want Ghana to be like Equador where there was no space even for burial.
Nana Addo should know that if not for COVID19 Sir John, his mum and sister wouldhav all been alive by now.
Let’s stop Nana Addo before he sacrifice all of us to COVID-19. We have the power as citizens, let’s use it!
Rest In Peace, Sir John.
Iam Still a Citizen Not a Spectator.
Efo Worlanyo Tsekpo.
