Controversial Ghanaian dancehall musician Charles Nii Armah popularly called Shatta Wale has revealed why he ‘Beef’ his fellow musicians in the Ghana music industry.
Shatta wale who is known for taking on many of his colleagues in the Ghana music industry such as the Sweet mistake hitmaker Samini, Sarkodie, Yaa Pono and stonebwoy in an interview on UTV revealed that, his fellow musicians that he ‘beef’ should not let whatever he says about them disturb them because he only says those things to get attention in the industry.
He explained that, he found Ghana music industry to be very nice and calm but to him in music and in business, you have to play certain cards to get your opponents so that you can move ahead of them.
He said ” it’s like racing and if you’re moving forward you need to hit your fellow racer small so, I saw the game like that. I said all the things I said about samini because I wanted to do what Samini was doing and I wanted to get attention in the industry”
