Mr Gabby said;

There is a lot that journalists and media
houses today can learn from Bernard. He is not particularly interested in the sensational or the ‘exaggerational’. He will neither paint a glowing nor gloomy picture. He delves into it and allows those he interviews to inform without being needlessly defensive or offensive. It is this combination of style and depth that is now, for me, the constructive standard, especially for broadcasting in English.
