The academic board has consequently constituted an ad-hoc committee to develop guidelines and modalities for the implementation of this policy.
In the meantime, levels 200 and 300 students who have trailed some papers are encouraged to stay calm as the SRC await an official communication from the Academic Board on the report of the committee.
The Vincent Kojo Siabi-led SRC again said, all students should kindly note that the first re- sit/supplementary examinations for levels 100 & 400 failed course(s) are scheduled tentatively for Monday, 16th October – Friday, 20th October 2023.

The SRC further explained that, the examination venue is C.A.Ackah Lecture Complex (CAALC9).
The current re-sit fee is GH¢ 120.00 per paper. However, the SRC is in constant engagement with Management to realize a possible reduction in the fees.
The payment of the resit fees can only be made at the Consolidated Bank of Ghana (CBG). Students are strongly advised to come to the examination center with the pay-in slip.
The SRC therefore entreat students to persistently check their academic portal for trailed courses for the necessary action.
The SRC promised to communicate details of the re-sit timetable as soon as it is released by the Directorate of Academic Affairs.
The timetable would be made available in the student portal (portal.ucc.edu.gh) in due time.
NB: A level 100 student who fails a course or courses in the supplementary examination shall have a second re-sit opportunity to redeem himself/herself.
