President President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has ordered for a cut of pay from his Ministers and Appointees account to help Ghana economy.
In the midst of the economic challenges facing Ghana currently, measures have been put in place to alleviate the economic hardships.
The government has decided to cut 20% of the salary of its appointees for supporting other sectors that can boost the economy effectively.

In a statement made by President Akufo-Addo at the 2022 National Labour Conference at Kwahu held in the Eastern Region, he asserted that, they must work together to make an agreed mind and direct a collective efforts as a medium of solving the emanating problems.
“Government on its part is implementing a policy of cutting the budgets of Ministries, Departments and Agencies by 20% this year as its contribution in helping the country is a united course that all must embrace and stand with for the required output.
